1. What we deliver
elNudge is a software-as-a-service product from elSapiens Private Limited. We do not sell or ship physical goods. There are no shipping charges and nothing is sent by post or courier.
2. When you get access
- Sign-up. Your account and dashboard are available immediately after you sign up, and your 14-day free trial starts straight away.
- Paid plans. A plan is activated immediately after your payment succeeds. You receive a payment confirmation and an invoice at your account email.
- Add-on packs. AI conversation, WhatsApp nudge and voice minute packs are added to your account within a few minutes of a successful payment.
3. Setting up
To start using elNudge on your store, add our script to your website or install the elNudge app from the Shopify App Store. Step-by-step guides are in our documentation, and our team can help you set it up by email, phone or WhatsApp.
4. If access does not arrive
If your plan or pack is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, email support@elnudge.com with your payment ID. We will activate it, or refund the payment in full if we cannot.
5. Where we offer the service
elNudge is available online to businesses worldwide. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) on our pricing page.
