How to connect

Three steps each.

Everything connects from your dashboard. Open the one you need.

Shopify
You need: A Shopify store, and access that can install apps
  1. 1Install elNudge from the Shopify App Store. Your account is set up for you.
  2. 2In the app, click Turn on the app embed. It opens your theme.
  3. 3Press Save. When the dashboard shows SDK Detected, you are live.
Any other website
You need: Access to your site’s theme or HTML
  1. 1Copy your snippet from the elNudge dashboard.
  2. 2Paste it just before </head> on every page.
  3. 3Add your products: import from WooCommerce, let elNudge read your product pages, or upload a CSV or Google Merchant feed.
WhatsApp
You need: A verified Meta business, and a number for the WhatsApp API that can get a code by SMS or call
  1. 1Click Connect with WhatsApp.
  2. 2In the Meta window, choose your business, your WhatsApp Business account and the number.
  3. 3elNudge registers the number and starts answering.
Instagram
You need: An Instagram Professional account, linked to your Facebook Page
  1. 1Click Connect with Facebook.
  2. 2Sign in and allow elNudge to manage messages.
  3. 3elNudge finds your Instagram account and starts replying.
Facebook
You need: A Facebook Page you have full control of
  1. 1Click Connect with Facebook.
  2. 2Sign in and choose your Page.
  3. 3Allow access. elNudge sets up the rest.
Google reviews
You need: The Google account that manages your Business Profile
  1. 1Click Connect Google.
  2. 2Sign in with Google and allow access.
  3. 3Pick your business location. Reviews start coming in.
Judge.me reviews
You need: Your Judge.me private API token
  1. 1In Judge.me, open Settings → Integrations → View API token and copy the private token.
  2. 2In elNudge, go to Reviews and paste it in the Judge.me card.
  3. 3Click Connect. Your published reviews sync in.
Your CRM or system
You need: An address your system receives leads on (your developer will know)
  1. 1Go to Lead Outbound and click Add destination.
  2. 2Paste the address. Rename fields to match your CRM if you need to.
  3. 3Click Send test, then switch it on.
