What counts as a session?
One visitor on your site from first page load to exit (or 30 minutes of inactivity). A single visitor returning the next day counts as a new session.
What happens if I exceed my session limit?
We'll alert you at 80% and 100%. Existing conversations stay live for the rest of the month, and we'll help you upgrade before nudges stop firing.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days on the Growth plan. No credit card required. Full feature access.
Can I change plans?
Any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
How are voice minutes counted?
Only when the visitor actively uses the voice interface — microphone open or AI speaking. Idle time in chat does not count.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — pay annually and get two months free (16% discount).
Is there a Shopify-only version?
No. elNudge works on any platform with a single script tag. Shopify merchants install via the Shopify App Store for one-click setup.
