The Slack community is the best place to connect with other merchants using elNudge, get advice on nudge strategy, and share what is working for you.

The elNudge team in Slack
The elNudge team is active in the community. On weekdays, you can generally expect a response within a few hours. We monitor #general and #developers most closely.
That said, Slack is a community space, not an official support channel. For issues that require access to your account — such as billing questions, data requests, or bug reports specific to your site — please use the official channels:

Community guidelines
We want the community to be genuinely useful for everyone. Please follow these guidelines:
Be helpful. If you know the answer to someone's question, share it. Concrete examples, screenshots, and links to docs are always welcome.
Be respectful. Treat other community members the way you would want to be treated. Harassment, personal attacks, and dismissive comments are not tolerated.
No spam. Do not post promotional content, referral links, or unsolicited offers. Share tools and resources only when they are genuinely relevant to the conversation.
No competitor bashing. Discussion of alternative tools is fine when it is helpful and factual. Negative posts about other companies are not in the spirit of the community.
Stay on topic. Keep posts in the relevant channel. Off-topic threads will be redirected or removed.
Repeated violations of these guidelines will result in removal from the community.
