elNudge's privacy policy covering the elnudge.com website and the merchant dashboard.

This Privacy Policy describes how elSapiens Technologies ("elNudge", "we", "us") collects and uses information when you use the elnudge.com website and the app.elnudge.com merchant dashboard.
This policy covers dashboard users — the people who sign up for and manage an elNudge account. If you are looking for information about what elNudge collects from visitors on a merchant's store, see What Data elNudge Collects.
What we collect about you
Account information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a password (stored as a salted hash — we never store your plaintext password).
Billing information
We collect your billing address and payment card details. Card details are processed and stored by Stripe — we never store raw card numbers on our servers. We retain your billing history for accounting purposes.
Usage and analytics
We collect information about how you use the dashboard: which pages you visit, which features you use, and aggregate metrics about your account (sessions served, nudges shown, conversion rates). This helps us improve the product and provide accurate usage reports.
Support conversations
If you contact us by email or via the in-dashboard chat, we store the contents of that conversation. This helps us follow up and identify recurring issues.
How we use it

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate elNudge:
Stripe — Payment processing. When you enter card details, they go directly to Stripe. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Stripe Privacy Policy.
Anthropic Claude API — The AI that powers elNudge's chat and intent scoring. Conversation transcripts from visitor sessions on your store are sent to the Claude API for processing. Anthropic processes this data under a commercial DPA and does not use it to train models. Anthropic Privacy Policy.
Deepgram — Voice transcription for the voice interface. Audio from visitor voice sessions is sent to Deepgram's API for speech-to-text conversion. Audio is not retained by Deepgram after transcription. Deepgram Privacy Policy.
Data retention

When you delete your account, all account data is marked for deletion and purged within 90 days. Billing records are retained for the legally required period.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or download your account data at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Account.
To delete your account, go to Dashboard → Settings → Account → Delete account. This is permanent and cannot be undone.
If you are in the EU, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to object to processing. To exercise these rights, email [email protected].
