How to switch to annual billing
- Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing.
- Click Switch to annual.
- Review the prorated amount due and confirm.
The switch takes effect at your next billing date — you will not be double-charged for the current month. The annual invoice is issued at that point and covers the following 12 months.
Renewals
Annual plans renew automatically at the end of the 12-month term. You will receive a renewal reminder by email 60 days before and again 30 days before the renewal date.
To cancel auto-renewal, go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing → Cancel renewal at least 30 days before the renewal date. Your plan will remain active until the end of the paid term — you will not lose access early.
Refund policy on annual plans
Annual plans include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of the first annual charge:
- If you decide within 30 days and the plan has not been actively used, you are entitled to a full refund.
- After 30 days, no refunds are issued on annual plans.
"Actively used" means no nudges have been displayed and no AI chat sessions have taken place under the plan.

Frequently asked questions
Can I upgrade my plan mid-year on an annual subscription?
Yes. If you upgrade (for example, from Growth to Scale), you will be charged the prorated difference for the remaining months of your annual term at the new plan's annual rate. The upgrade takes effect immediately.
Can I downgrade mid-year?
Downgrades on annual plans take effect at the next renewal date. You keep the higher plan for the remainder of the paid annual term.
What happens if I cancel an annual plan?
Your account remains active until the end of the paid 12-month period. After that, the account is downgraded to inactive. No refund is issued for the unused portion unless you are within the 30-day window described above.
Can I switch back to monthly billing?
Yes. You can switch back to monthly billing at the next renewal date by going to Dashboard → Settings → Billing → Switch to monthly.
